Immune Tissues
As part of our comprehensive antibody discovery workflow, we offer precision immune tissue preparation from high-titer, immunized mice. Upon confirmation of robust immune responses, we harvest key lymphoid organs—including spleen, lymph nodes, and bone marrow—from each selected animal.
These tissues are enzymatically and mechanically dissociated into high-quality single-cell suspensions. Red blood cells are selectively lysed to enrich for viable immune cell populations. Prepared cells can be:
Directly utilized in our hybridoma generation pipeline
Preserved in RNAlater for transcriptomic or molecular downstream applications
Further processed for custom cell isolations (e.g., B cells, plasma cells) and shipped to client facilities upon request
Our protocols ensure high cell viability, reproducibility, and compatibility with a range of downstream workflows, including sequencing, cell sorting, and functional assays.
